Exchanges are excepted within 14 days of purchase date. 

 ♦ To request an exchange please send an email that includes your name, original order number, home address, email address and phone number with your exchange request.


Once your request has been confirmed you will be asked to post your item/s back at your own expense.

♦ K-SUT STUDIO takes no responsibility for goods being lost in transit. To avoid this, you must supply a tracking code for the item/s being returned. 

♦ All items must show no obvious signs of wear or be spoiled in any way and must still have their tags attached.
